Unhook is built as a privacy-first utility.

1. Data Collection and Usage

We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal data, browsing history, search terms, or telemetry. All user preferences (which of the 12 toggles are on or off) are stored locally on your device using Chrome's native chrome.storage API. If sync is enabled in your Chrome profile, this data is synced across your devices by your own Google account and is never accessible to the developer or any third party.

2. Network Activity

Unhook does not perform any external network requests or API calls. It runs entirely within a sandboxed content-script environment local to your browser.

3. Third Parties

Unhook does not share data with, or integrate any, third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

4. Changes to This Policy

Any updates to this policy will be posted on this page. The core commitment - zero data collection -will not change.
